Mooresville Lawnscaping will provide several services to meet our customer needs for Lawn Maintenance in three basic options. Those options include:

Option A:

1. Weekly mow, trim and blow.

Option B (Most Popular):

1. Weekly mow, trim and blow.
2. Weed removal from the shrub beds, sidewalks, driveway and curbs.
3. Seven fertilizer applications for a strong and healthy turf.
4. Annual Aeration and over-seeding.
5. Shrub Pruning in the Spring and Fall.
6. Leaf Removal.

Option C (Complete Service):

1. Weekly mow, trim and blow.
2. Weed removal from the shrub beds, sidewalks, driveway and curbs.
3. Seven fertilizer applications for a strong and healthy turf.
4. Annual aeration and over-seeding.
5. Shrub fertilization.
6. Turf fungicide in the late Spring, early Summer.
7. Shrub Pruning in the Spring, Summer and Fall.
8. Prune the Crape Myrtle Tree’s.
9. Irrigation System Spring start up and Winter shutdown. (we use a licensed irrigation contractor)
10. Leaf removal.
11. Bi-monthly clean up in December, January and February.
